Energo runs the multi-vendor work-order grind that every low-voltage subcontractor knows: every PDF arrives in a different format, payroll night means reconciling hourly W2 hours against 1099 percentage splits, and invoices lag the actual work by weeks. Off-the-shelf field service tools assume you originate the work, subcontractors don’t.
Energo’s owner reached out asking us to build a system around how a subcontractor actually works, not a generic FSM tool retrofitted for the model.
